A couple weeks ago, we had our busiest weekend to date.... A Holland wedding on Friday, a Chicago wedding on Saturday, and a Chicago engagement session on Sunday. Our entire weekend was go, go, go... but somehow after all was said and done we fell even more in love with what we do. Was it tiring? Absolutely... but the thing about photographing people who are in love is that the love radiates. Weddings are full of happiness and joy, how could that NOT rub off on us.
Enter Katie and Chris... these two are fantastic. We had such a great time with them on their Chicago engagement session! They are planning a fabulous winter wedding here in Grand Rapids.... they even are using the same DJ that we are having at our wedding, which we are stoked about! They lived in Chicago for quite a few years, so we decided to do their engagement session there. This is one of our favorite engagement sessions to date! There were no fancy props or styling, just two genuine people in love (who happened to do a great job picking out outfits).
